I have listened with my mechanics stethoscope and I can hear the ticking coming from the valve cover over cylinders 1-3. Honda recommends the valves being adjusted every 100-105k. If a valve gets tight you are going to burn it (basically a hole will form) and cause some expensive repairs to remove the cylinder head and install new valve(s).
