I told them that an apple representative assured me that the 30$ upgrade fee charge would be waived and after about 5 minutes on the phone with them, they told me that the fee would be canceled from my bill. A DVR upgrade fee of $105 appeared on my monthly statement. This is extremely disturbing considering the turmoil I went through when my DVR stopped working in the first place, receiving and setting up the replacement DVR, and nailing back the old one.
