I-130 (Standalone) Hey everyone I petitioned for my dad on May 26 2023 and the status changed to Case is Being Actively Reviewed today. In this chat, I've read alot of people getting approvals the day after or in 2-3 days after it's actively reviewed.AOS was filed in August 2021. I've had couple of RFEs, one of them was medical, that were submitted in a timely manner. My I-130 was updated to "actively reviewing" in March this year and recently I-485 got updated to "actively reviewing".
