Dex build ranger (Strimtom's Dark Hunter) question about dodge vs weapon finesse. Newbie to DDO here, forgive a possibly stupid question - But I don't understand why Dodge (and later mobility) is preferred over Weapon Finesse. Wouldn't the +4 Dex bonus to melee attack (from Weapon Finesse and 18 Dex) be more helpful than the Dodge bonus?Mantle of the icy soul lets you drop an ice storm (or any other cold aoe spell) and passively strip immunity. This strike is woven into the build as it is AoE, applies a debuff, deals force damage, and most importantly: procs the paranoia/dark imbuement ability.
